What does Bactiquick measure?

Bactiquick measures endotoxin associated with Gram-negative bacteria. It provides a real-time operational risk signal to support earlier decisions. It does not identify individual organisms and does not replace laboratory or regulatory testing.

How long does a test take?

A result is available in about 15 minutes at the sampling location, helping teams decide sooner whether further investigation or laboratory confirmation is needed.

How does the test work?

Collect the water sample, prepare it using the single-use reagent tube, place the tube in the handheld Tester and read the result. The companion app supports result recording and review.

Is the result suitable for regulatory compliance?

No. Bactiquick is an operational screening tool. Laboratory confirmation remains the standard for compliance and formal reporting.

What does the system cost?

The Bactiquick Tester is NZ$1,500 excluding GST. Tests are NZ$85 each and are sold in packs of five for NZ$425 excluding GST. Approved trade customers may receive account-specific pricing and commercial terms.

How are reagent packs stored?

Reagent packs are stored at 2–8°C. Final delivery and cold-chain arrangements will be confirmed with each customer.

Can anyone buy online?

Every purchaser must create a B2B account. Account approval allows us to apply the correct pricing, terms and support for your organisation.
